Today I wanted to create something special for my lovely wive for lunch so here is what I did...
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in large chunks
Sauce
2 tablespoons tamari (wheat free soy sauce)
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
Put all ingredients in a small sauce pan and place on medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce becomes clear and thick. Then turn down to low to keep warm for serving.
