In a blender mix: Impossible Quiche
Ingredients:
1/2 lb bacon-crisp crumbled (my wife is allergic to pork so I usually do not include this for our family)
4 oz. shredded Swiss or your favorite cheese (I use a combination of different types of cheese)
1/3 cup finely chopped onion (I use 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion)
Put these 3 items on the bottom of a pie pan.
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick ( I make my own GF Bisquick if you want the recipe see post on biscuit mix)
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Blend 1 minute on high.
Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
