Popcorn Cake

Ingredients:
8 to 10 cups popped corn
1 cube of butter
7 cups marshmallows
2 bags spice drops
1 can mixed nuts
powered sugar
Pop the corn and pour into large kettle
pour in spice drops
pour in mixed nuts
melt 1 cube of better in large Pyrex bowl.
Pour in marshmallows cook 1 minute on high in a microwave.
stir with wooden spoon
Cook 1 more minute on high then stir again. Should now be very smooth and creams if not, cook for 30 seconds more minute and stir.
Pour the now melted marshmallows over the popcorn stirring until everything is evenly coated
pour mixture into an angel food pan (pack down firmly) that has been sprayed with a vegetable non stick coating such as PAM let cool then remove from angel food cake pan the dust with powered sugar.
* hint spray your wooden spoon with a vegetable spray such as PAM it helps with the cleanup.
