GF Parmesan Supper bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups gf Bisquick mix (see previous note on how to make gf Bisquick)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
2 tablespoon butter
1 egg or equivalent in egg substitute
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Spray a 9" round cake pan with a non stick spray
In a large bowl combine the gf Bisquick, sugar, onion powder and parsley flakes. Cut in butter. Add egg and milk. Mix well to combine.
Spread batter into prepared cake pan.
Evenly sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, cut into 8 wedges.
