Green Eggs and Ham

Growing up we all remember the Dr. Seuss’s book of green eggs and ham. Here is my twist on the delectable dish.
Ingredient:
Basil Pesto sauce
finely chopped ham or Jeneo turkey ham
cheese
eggs


Crack 2 or 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk.
pour eggs into an omelet pan cooking over medium heat
when the eggs have started to solidify spoon in some pesto sauce, then put in you finely chopped ham and finely sprinkle with some cheese. Fold half of the omelet on top of itself let cook for about 1 minute till cheese melts then pour carefully out onto a plate.
