Pop Corn Balls

Ingredients:
3 bags microwave popcorn ( I like extra butter)
1 1/2 cups light Karyo syrup
1 cup cinnamon imperials
3 teaspoons butter

Pop the bags of pop corn pour into a large kettle removing the "old maid" pour into large kettle.

In a large sauce pan pour in the Karyo syrup and cinnamon imperials cook over medium heat stirring constantly till syrup reaches a soft crack stage (about 260-270 degrees)
once syrup reaches soft crack stage remove from heat and add butter. Pour over the popped corn, stirring with wooden spoon until all kernels are coated. Form into balls using your hands (syrup will be hot) press tightly, place on wax paper (or silpat if you have one) let cool.
