Oven baked teriyaki, parmesan fries

Ingredients:
1 cube of butter melted
2 tablespoons GF Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 dinner size russet potato


mix the 1st two ingredients together in a shallow dish or bowl.
mix the cheese and pepper and put in separate bowl for coating the potatos

wash the potato and cut into slices
Dip the potato slices into the melted butter & teriyaki mixture.
Next cover the potato slices with parmesan cheese & cayeneee pepper mixture.

bake at 400 degrees for approximately 18 minutes or until golden brown.

(I used an American Harvest Jet Stream oven on high to cook these made them nice and crispy)
