Worlds Best Homemade Ice Cream

I have made many, many containers and flavors of ice cream over the years. This by far is my favorite recipe.

I will include both a 4 quart and a six quart recipes.

4 quart ingredients
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla (I only use real vanilla)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 carton of half and half
milk.

6 quart ingredients
9 eggs
3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
