Microvave "sticky" popcorn
Pop 2 batches air popcorn (about 16 cups I think)
In 2 qt. microwavable bowl
Mix: 1 C. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
Bring to a boil 1 1/2 - 2 min
Boil 45 seconds.
Add 1/4 tsp. soda ~
Pour over and stir into popcorn. Eat now...pretty sticky ~ or cook 1 minute in microwave (per bowl full) if you want it more crispy...Enjoy!!
