A very interesting desert...
I had a wild hair (not that I have many left) and wanted to create something very simple yet tasty. So I cut a fresh pear in half put some colby cheese on top put it in the microwave just long enough to melt the cheese. Turned out better than I expected. Would be fantastic with a sharp cheddar. The pear stayed nice and crisp. My parents love it.....
